We stayed in Tsilivi for 1 week and after we discovered it we ate there for 5 times in a row in the last 3 days. Cons: forbidden access to the beach from sunset to 7.00 AM, towels, chairs and umbrellas are not allowed beyond 3 m from the shore (see Marine Park Regulations). The stifado exceptional, kleftiko best lamb ever, stuffed tomatoes, moussaka, meatballs, aubergine special, fried aubergines, Greek salad, feta and of course souvlaki - pork, chicken and lamb all amazing! They explain all of the dishes and their service is so warm and welcoming that we went back there again the next day. The staff is amazing and really welcoming. A really nice restaurant with loads of choices of different types food. Dining in is a whole experience there where they present you small dishes that you can pick from and start eating almost like a buffet. It was such a great experience. The service is perfection, the view is out of this world, the menu has such variety there is no way you will not find something you like to eat, the price beyond normal for what you are getting. All units at the hotel come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobes and slippers. Really good food and the service/ entertainment was the best. There are some parking spaces and the Tavern is next to the sea side. It is heaven! And enjoy :). Stunning location with attentive staff but the food just wasn't up to standard. The best Moussaka on the island. It was unbelievable. We usually dont repeat the same restaurant so that we can try more while on vacation but this one we came back to again because of the wait staff and the food was like no other. THANK YOU . The service and the food is just outstanding! Came here when the crowd was dying out so it was not too busy, the service was nice as well. Sirloin steak was perfectly medium rare and very tender. Definitely recommend it. We spent about 70 as a couple on a three course dinner. Me and my friends delighted to find this place. This place has brilliant food and also great and welcoming staff. In the evening, couples prefer the restaurants and bars on the beach, where they can enjoy dinner or sip a drink while watching the water and listening to relaxing music. It is not a fine dining place but a nice place to have dinner. The menu boasts fish, poultry, meat and vegetarian options. This restaurant is nothing short of exceptional, the only thing better than the food is the staff, they couldnt do more to make sure you have the best night possible. The staff was very friendly with the guests. The food was average, starter was good but very simple about the main course i maybe made the mistake of ordering tuna steak that it was so over cooked that i was feeling like eating a sole, salad was cut the day before and it was pretty dry. The prices are a little steep (our bill was 95 for 2 people) but its a great value for what you get. You cannot miss this place when in Tsilivi. In Zakynthos Town, you can choose between strolling along Corso Roma or the seafront, where you can observe the numerous luxury yachts docked there, sipping a drink in one of the trendy clubs like the Base and Barralou, or enjoying dinner with a sea view in the more popular restaurants on the seafront or in the characteristic restaurants just outside the city, like Alivizos-Asteria. We had dinner here with the family earlier this week. Prices are good and we were always offered an icecream/coctail/digestive shot on the house every time. Price ratio is very good. We stayed for lunch and dinner. After a swim there is a shower available (including shower gel) at the sitting deck. Just look at the photo. If your looking for a traditional family run taverna then look no further the food has got the real home cooked taste and it plentiful. We had pizza's which were delicious with fresh ingredints. Go and you wont regret it. We tried the botanic garden after seeing the rating and reviews and it was amazing. I always have the "dad's beef" which isn't as rich and over powering as some of the Greek beef dishes can be. We were absolutely overwhelmed by the quality of the food, the taste and not to forget by the adorable and attentive waiters. We would definitely visit again! This food was fine, which was a bit of a shame because the setting at night was beautiful. The food served is of incredible quality, yet still affordable. The beach and the centre of Alykes are located only 300 metres away. Great atmosphere, excellent food and super nice staff! We've been in many restaurants and the fact od that They have much much much more better kitchen event than in Athens . If you want more lively entertainment, just go to the most exclusive club on the island, The Barrage, where the most famous theme nights in Zakynthos take place on Tuesdays and Friidays. Would recommend the mushroom risotto, the chicken schnitzel and the melt in your mouth salmon. If your in Alykanas/Alykes this place can not be missed. Cons: very touristy, the beach is sometimes dirty. All rooms include a coffee machine, while certain rooms also offer a, Most suites of Zante Maris are fitted with air conditioning, while some have sea view, access to a communal. Cons: the road to Zante Town is poorly lit at night, touristy restaurants. The scenery around you is truly special, especially when you eat during sunset. If youre into massive portions this might be the place for you. Mostly chosen by families and couples over 40, they are definitely impacted by the distance from the main resort towns on the island, reachable in about 30 minutes by car, driving through several villages. Really recommend it An absolute MUST try place in Kalamaki you wont be disappointed. This was one of our top restaurants here in Laganas. I had to go and thank her personally for the delicious and quality food we ate. Everything was perfect about this restaurant, the decor, atmosphere, flavours and options.
