The letter we got said we would have WiFi access which we werent given. There are two all-day snack buffets, one at the beach and one at the pool, above the swim-up bar. Was very uncomfortable. In the evenings, it ferries in elaborately-dressed Mayan characters for the nightly show. Attitude of reception staff not helpful. The true beauty of an all-inclusive resort like the Occidental Xcaret Mexico is that it requires almost nothing of you. Guests with reservations for the UXX package will enjoy over 40 exhibits and attractions at the world renowned eco-archaeological Xcaret Park. The entire hotel was amazing.. Food was delicious. The Xcaret park (kind of Them park) was walkable + if u want to take a short boat ride from inside the resort you can too (walking and Boat both from inside the resort).
